• Provide technical support for IT issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software & network connectivity problems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both on-site and remotely.
• Maintain records of issues, solutions, and other relevant information.

Technical Proficiency:
• Knowledge of Hardware, Printer, Wi-Fi & Network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Network, Ethernet and IP configuration.
• Knowledge of OS Installation / configuration of e-mail clients, MS Outlook.
