Job Description

Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Roles & Responsibilities:

Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade branches network in coordination with HO
Keep an eye out for needed updates in coordination with HO
Support and administer all third-party network related applications
Ensure network security and connectivity in coordination with HO
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency) and test for weaknesses
Resolve problems reported by local Level 2 Support Team
Define network policies and procedures in coordination with HO
Specify system requirements and design solutions in coordination with HO
Managing all contract aspects with our network related suppliers
Preparing and presenting a monthly network/security report to the HO
