Job Description

Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Support Executive to assist clients in managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud-based services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud platforms, networking, and security while providing exceptional technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance for cloud-based applications, servers, and storage solutions.
Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve cloud-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Client Assistance: Guide customers on best practices, configurations, and performance optimizations.
System Monitoring: Track cloud service performance and security threats using monitoring tools.
Backup & Recovery: Assist in implementing data backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
Documentation: Maintain logs, create user guides, and update knowledge bases for cloud solutions.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve cloud infrastructure, security, and user experience.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1 Yr in cloud support, IT helpdesk, or system administration.
Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with virtual machines, cloud storage, and networking concepts.
Understanding of cybersecurity, firewalls, and data protection.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with ticketing systems and IT support tools is a plus.
