Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems

> Responsible for providing support in IT
> Identification and troubleshooting of software, hardware and network-related issues
> Server status & Backups Monitoring and testing

> Examine the requirements of the complex network design and handle configuration and installation of workstations and operating systems, Antivirus etc.
> Create, Restore, and backup Data files of email (PST, OST, Contact)
