With over 25 years of experience, SAAOL is an established brand within non-invasive heart treatment, and currently operates 100+ centres across the country. Our treatment portfolio includes FDA approved EECP treatment, lifestyle education, diet consultation, and medical consultation.

We are looking for an IT support engineer to provide hassle-free experience to our employees.
The ideal candidate would be a go-to person for Business team and Service team members for troubleshooting and development support.

Primary Responsibilities would include -
● Install, configure and support workstation hardware, software, printers, routers and phones.
● Maintenance of computer hardware systems and system assembly.
● Asset Management.
● Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
● Coordination with various vendors when required to resolve the problem which are dependent on vendors.
● Train employees in using hardware and software, and provide technical support when needed.

We are looking for someone who has -
● At least 6 months of prior work experience
● Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time, multitasking
● Networking and Server knowledge would be plus.
● Self-driven and proactive nature
● Excellent computer skills.
