• Provide support over in-bound calls with Installation and configuration of Software
• Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
• Exposure working for an IT Products under remote service desk
• Provide support to customers via phone, email and/or remote access
• Use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues.
• Follow Implementation cycle and maintaining the TAT to handover the account to customer success
