Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain the technological infrastructure at WORLDWISSE Education. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support to ensure smooth daily operations across all our digital platforms and internal systems, supporting our mission of delivering a seamless and reliable admission experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff and users, both onsite and remotely.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Maintain and monitor IT systems, including CRM platforms, student portals, and communication tools.

• Set up and configure devices, workstations, and networking equipment.

• Ensure data backup, network security, and system updates are regularly performed.

• Assist with the integration and support of educational platforms and virtual consultation tools.

• Provide training and support to staff for software tools and systems.

• Document technical processes and maintain inventory of IT assets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

• Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and CRM platforms.

• Understanding of basic networking, data privacy, and IT security protocols.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience in the education or consultancy sector.

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.
