Job Description

Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Hiring for IT Admin for our Manufacturing client based at Thane West.

Roles:
Maintain and administer IT systems, including servers, networking equipment (LAN/WAN), firewalls, switches, and security tools.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software applications.

Manage Active Directory, email services (e.g., Outlook/Exchange), backup systems, and antivirus tools.

Provide first-line support for IT issues and ensure timely resolution of tickets.

Implement and maintain security policies to protect systems and data.

Manage and support ERP system access and integrations (if applicable to manufacturing).

Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.

Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades and system enhancements.

Vendor coordination for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and services.

Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and asset inventory.

Support data recovery, system backups, and disaster recovery operations.

Provide basic training to users on new technologies and security best practices.
