Position: Laptop Repair Engineer

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 years to 5 years

1. Prior experience in handling HP laptop and printer repair and maintenance

2. Analyze and resolve any technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.

3. Resolve problems with the desktops, laptops, and printers at the component level

4. Install and reinstall software packages and updates

5. Be able to recognize, research, isolate, resolve, and follow up on problems

6. Handle all administrative aspects within the time limit.
