Key Responsibilities:

1. Install and Configure Software and Hardware: Ensure the smooth deployment of
network devices, systems, and essential applications.
2. Manage Network Servers and Technology Tools: Oversee the functioning of network
servers, printers, projectors, and other technology assets.
3. Set Up Accounts and Workstations: Facilitate the onboarding process by configuring
user accounts and preparing workstations for employees.
4. Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical and network-related problems
efficiently.
5. Provide Network Administration: Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure to
ensure optimal performance.
6. Ensure Security: Implement access controls, manage backups, and maintain firewalls to
safeguard network integrity.
7. Train Staff on New Technologies: Conduct sessions to familiarize employees with new
tools, technologies, and system upgrades.
8. Educate Staff on Security Practices: Train employees to identify, prevent, and respond
to security breaches and risks effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is typically
required.
• Proven experience in network administration or related roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Effective communication skills to train and support non-technical staff.
Certifications:
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) – Mandatory.
• CompTIA Server+ (Preferred).
• ITIL Foundation Certification (Preferred).
