• A person should have min. 1 year. experience in Technical Support / Desktop Engineer along with Computer PC Assembly, spare replacement knowledge.
• & Must have experience in Laptop Repair , Printer and wifi Access point config.
• experience of configuration of MS Outlook, domain ID creation, Active Directory , Microsoft O365 experience, G Suite mails,
• Web mail /Microsoft Outlook Config.
• LAN concepts- Knowledge about Networking concepts, IP range / subnet masks understanding about small network implementation & config.
• Office wireless AP installation & config.&Installation of printer / scanner / web cam / Basic LAN Cabling work.
• Internet /proxy / basic switching
• Installation of software’s & Antivirus SW and its proper configuration
• CCNA and MCSA
• Server and Domain Knowledge -
• Server Installation , Configuration,
