Provide technical information and help

Job Description –: Responsible for installation, Commissioning (software & hardware), configuration and repairs and maintenance of Security Surveillance & Telecommunication System physicaly / remotely.
Key responsibilities:-
• Responsible for installation, commissioning and repairs and maintenance of EPBAX, CCTV, Access Control, Bio-Matrix, etc.
o Site Survey
o Client Interaction – On requirement of client
o Material / equipment’s required
o Coordination with internal teams regarding material / supply / installation
• Supervise / Training to Service Team.
• Co-ordination with Technical Team & IT Team
• Handling the queries of clients and solve their queries within TAT with help of other teams.
• Client retention.
• Any other activity assigned by the Management.
• Good communication skill
