Job Description

Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
- Manage and troubleshoot SQL Server (SAL Server)
- Set up, configure, and maintain IIS (Internet Information Services)
- Oversee network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
- Implement and manage system backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness
- Ensure system and data security across the infrastructure
- Perform installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware/software
- Work collaboratively with development and support teams to resolve technical issue.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server installation and management

- Experience in IIS configuration and deployment
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPNs
- Familiarity with backup tools and strategies
- Good grasp of cybersecurity best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft or Cisco certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA) will be an advantage
- Experience working in BFSI or banking environments is a plus
