Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
Trouble shooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications. Responsible for configuring, managing, and securing a wide range of network components, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balances, wireless access points, IDS/IPS, proxy servers, VPNs, and more. Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the organization's server infrastructure.(Windows and Linux) Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
