We are seeking a Technical Executive to join our team, who will provide essential support to our online and offline classes, ensuring seamless delivery of educational content and troubleshooting any technical challenges that arise. You will ensure smooth execution of sessions, provide real-time support during classes, and collaborate with the team to maintain and optimize our systems.

1. Prepare and manage the setup of links for both online and offline classes on platforms such as YouTube and internal portals.
2. Provide ongoing support during classes to resolve any connectivity issues or system-related problems in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption.
3. Ensure the proper functioning of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN). - Troubleshoot and resolve network issues affecting systems and connectivity. Work closely with the team to assist with installations and configurations of new systems, software, and hardware.
