Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users on Dialler and CRM applications
• Manage and maintain dialler applications, ensuring smooth operations
• Trouble shoot any issue that leads to disruption in Agent calling or Order Management (CRM)
• Interface with all stakeholders to ensure quick resolution and minimise downtime
• Visit sites to impart training on CRM & Dialler use
• Visit sites if issues are not resolved remotely
• Data Analysis, and creation of reports on Excel
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:
• A BE with 2+ year’s post qualification experience in IT Support or Dialler Management
• Basic understanding and experience with dialler applications and networking concepts
• Out of the box thinker with excellent trouble shooting skills
• Ability to handle pressure and experience of dealing with Senior leaders
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
