JOB DESCRIPTION

• Position: Technical Service Engineer
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year
• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month
• Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma / bachelor's degree in a technical field (Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline)
• Location - Near Bombay hospital
• Roles and Responsibilities -

1.Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to LED panels, including hardware malfunctions and software configuration errors.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure long-term performance and reliability of installed panels.
• Document issues and solutions for future reference and improvement.

2.Technical Support:
• Provide on-call support to resolve client concerns regarding LED panels.
• Guide clients on proper usage and maintenance of installed systems.

3.Quality Assurance:

• Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installation and maintenance.

4.Coordination:

• Liaise with project managers and clients to meet timelines and expectations.
• Maintain proper records of service activities, including installation reports and maintenance logs.

5.Equipment Handling:

• Operate tools and testing equipment for installation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.

• Skills Required:
1.Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components.
2.Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of LED displays.
3.Basic knowledge of networking and software configuration for LED systems.
4.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
5.Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient solutions.
6.Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
7.Physically fit to handle on-site installations, which may require travel.

• Preferred Qualifications:
1.Certification in ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical field.
2.Basic knowledge of soldering and wiring techniques.
3.Familiarity with tools and software used in LED panel configuration and calibration.
