We are looking for a skilled and motivated Bioenzyme Production Manager to join our dynamic team of Satopradhan.

As a Bioenzyme Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of bio enzymes, ensuring quality standards, and managing the entire production process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.

• Knowledge of natural chemicals and their applications in bioenzyme production.

• Experience in bioenzyme production or related manufacturing processes is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and team management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production process of bioenzymes from raw material sourcing to final product formulation.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality controls.

• Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to optimize product formulations.

• Monitor and improve bioenzyme yield and efficiency.

• Handle safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements for bioenzyme production.
