We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lab Chemist with expertise in water quality analysis and lac resin applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing water and resin samples, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of chemical processes, lab safety protocols, and quality control procedures.Key Responsibilities:Conduct chemical and physical analysis of water samples to determine composition, contamination levels, and compliance with regulations. Perform testing, formulation, and quality analysis of lac resin and its derivatives for industrial applications. Develop and optimize extraction, purification, and modification processes for lac resin. Maintain laboratory equipment, prepare reagents, and calibrate instruments to ensure accurate results. Record, analyze, and interpret test results using analytical tools and software.Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve water treatment processes and resin quality.Ensure all testing procedures comply with environmental and safety regulations.Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.2+ years of laboratory experience, particularly in water analysis and resin chemistry.Proficiency in lab data analysis software and MS Office.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
