Roles and Responsibilities:

Testing Method Development: Develop and implement testing methods for new products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
ISO 9000 Record Management: Maintain all ISO 9000 records related to the laboratory operations.
ISO Documentation: Regularly update ISO formats in coordination with the Management Representative (MR) to ensure that lab documentation is accurate and compliant.
Lab Testing & R&D: Handle lab testing procedures, conduct Research & Development (R&D) in both the lab and the plant to support product and process improvements.

Requirements
Inorganic Chemistry Knowledge: Strong understanding of inorganic chemistry, especially for performing chemical testing.

Lab Testing Skills: Experience in handling various lab tests, including:
pH Meter
Titrations (e.g., SO₂, Ammonia, etc.)
TDS Meter
NTU Meter
Testing of products as listed on the company website.

Accuracy in Testing: Ability to maintain high testing accuracy with a tolerance of +0.2% for any product tested.

Instrument Calibration Knowledge: Proficiency in the calibration of laboratory instruments to ensure precision in measurements.

Titration Focus: A significant portion (approximately 80%) of the testing will involve titration procedures.

Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook email, and PowerPoint for daily operations and documentation.

English Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and understand English, but fluent spoken English is not required.

Research & Development: Strong browsing skills to conduct R&D and gather information relevant to lab work.

Mobile Phone Requirement: Must have an Android-based phone for work-related communication and operations.
