Lab Technician

• Sample Handling and Analysis:

  • Receiving, labeling, and analyzing samples (blood, tissue, etc.). 

  • Performing tests according to standard procedures. 

  • Collecting and preparing samples, solutions, cultures, and specimens. 

• Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

  • Setting up, testing, adjusting, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment. 

  • Operating sophisticated laboratory equipment, including automated equipment. 

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment. 

• Data Recording and Reporting:

  • Recording all data and results accurately and in the specified format (written and/or electronic). 

  • Preparing reports, reviews, and summaries on the findings of experiments and trials.
