Reports to: Laboratory Manager/Quality Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician/Scientist to join our NABL-accredited laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with NABL standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct tests and analysis on samples as per NABL guidelines.

2. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.

3. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with NABL standards.

4. Record and report test results accurately.

5. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.

6. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve laboratory objectives.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, physics).

2. Experience in a laboratory setting, preferably NABL-accredited.

3. Knowledge of NABL standards and ISO 17025.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

2. Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
