Position Summary:
A Retail Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective distribution of prescription medications and over-the-counter products in a retail pharmacy setting. They ensure the accurate dispensing of medications, provide medication counseling to customers, and collaborate with healthcare providers to support optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dispensing Medications:

   • Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

   • Review prescriptions for accuracy and potential drug interactions, allergies, or contraindications.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Pharma

• Licensure: Valid state pharmacist license.

• Experience: Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
