Job description
Designation Pharmacist
Location Would be confirmed pre interview call with the respective recruiter.
Experience Freshers (or) 0-5 years' experience.
Qualifications Diploma/Bachelors/master's in pharmacy
Communication Skills English Manageable & Respective regional local language with speaking fluency is must.
Training All the Pharmacist has to undergo 2-3 days of ERP training at our corporate office Chennai.

Provident fund
For employees less than Rs.21,430 gross salary EPF is mandatory, for rest it's a choice on their own to include or exclude through Form 11.
Employee State Insurance
For employees less than Rs.21,000 gross salary ESI is mandatory.
Gratuity Eligible - Upon completion of 5yrs with company/ As per statutory law applicable.
Insurance Upon completion of 2 yrs service with the company you would be eligible for Group Mediclaim policy 2.5 Lakhs and GPA10lakhs for employee alone.
Accommodation Policy During the employment tenure with us, Staff Nurse/OT Nurse/Pharmacist who works with non-residence locations would be given accommodation by the company (or) They could opt their own choices of accommodation. (In such case the Staff Nurse/OT Nurse/Pharmacist would be paid Rs.2500/- per Month in addition to their salary)

In addition to the salary based on your branch Targets and against your branch achievements on the same considering your regional performance and overall company performance you are eligible for Incentives.
Appraisals
In addition to the salary and incentives based on your Individual performance and achievements and considering your regional, overall company performance you are eligible for year-on-year appraisals. Which usually falls on financial year pay cycle.
Salary Date
As discussed during the pre-interview. will be credited between on or before 8th-12th every month.
Training Policy
As per standard Operating Policy it is mandatory to undergo the Training for a period of Max 2-3 days for all the pharmacist at our corporate office – Chennai location.
During training period salary would be calculated from day one of the joining with our corporate office.
As per our Company policy for all the new joiners to and fro travel tickets would be booked by the Corporate HR team.
During training period Standard accommodation would be provided & booked by the company for your entire training period with us at our corporate office.
You will be eligible to get claim of your local transport from your bus/Train Terminus to hotel accommodation as per company policy through IOU on ERP portal after creation of ERP access.
For Except Localities the Lodging and boarding would be provided from company end.
Uniforms For All Pharmacist Uniforms would be provided post training.
Working Hours & Leave Policy as follows
Working hours -10am - 8pm standard timings for the whole weeks based on the business needs roaster will be confirmed by the respective branch head or sales head, However, for Saturday and Sunday its mandatory working days, since the business is more on those days. also required to be flexible on weekends closing hours additionally 1 hours on need basis.
Overtime - As per Overtime policy it would be applicable for all the clinics branches with only Saturday and Sundays for the Doctors and supporting staffs.
Permissions - 2 Hours allowed in a month. However, this can be availed max of 1 hour basis for 2 slots within the same month. could be availed on before or end of shift timings not at the in-between working hours of the shift.
Late - As per late policy 3 Lates are allowed in a month for morning punches only. And late would be considered only Biometric punch falls in on or before morning 10:10am / 10minutes from the shift start time.
Grace Time - As per policy everyday 5 Minutes is allowed as Grace Time during morning punch in only. Tentatively would be on or before 10:05am/ 5 minutes from the shift start time.
Week off - you are allowed to take 1 week off per week between Monday - Friday only not on weekends due to business requirement.
Comb off - if you are requested/Willfully to work on your week off on need basis, you are eligible for comb off and comb off should be availed within the same month, in case of fail to avail comb offs within the same month it would be considered as Double pay and paid along with monthly salary as per our company policy applicable. It will not be carried forward with next month.
Casual Leave - Your eligible for 1 CL per month. CL could be carried forward for only the current English calendar. Anything beyond that should be informed prior to the immediate manager and subject to approval. CL Can be availed maximum of 2 splits with half a day basis.
Marriage Leave - Eligible for 6 days with Pay.
Paternity Leave - Eligible for 6 days with pay. Upon Completion of 1year service with the company.
Maternity Leave - Eligible for 6 months with pay 3 months. Upon Completion of 1year service with the company.
All above leaves and offs are subject to the approval of Immediate supervisor/Manager with prior intimation
Job brief
••Roles and Responsibilities•
1. Stock Management
• Monitor and maintain daily records of opening and closing stock levels to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive Stock Register to track all stock movements, including incoming and outgoing products.
2. Billable Product Management
• Raise indents for billable products based on inventory requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Oversee the inward and outward movement of billable products, ensuring proper documentation for deliveries, returns, and transfers (including damage, expiry, or inter-branch transfers).
3. Inventory Management
• Ensure proper stock levels of medications and supplies.
• Order pharmaceuticals and manage the medication inventory to avoid shortages or expired stock.
• Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
4. Courier & Shipment Handling
• Maintain an accurate Courier Register to document products received and sent via courier, ensuring proper handling and timely deliveries.
5. Clinical Products Management
• Generate and manage Treatment Slips for clinical products, ensuring proper tracking and documentation for patient treatments.
6. Loan & Return Management
• Maintain a Loan Register to track borrowed products, ensuring proper records are kept for any products lent to staff or patients.
7. Stockroom Maintenance
• Ensure the Product Room remains clean, organized, and hygienic at all times to comply with health and safety standards.
8. ERP System Updates
• Regularly update the ERP system with information on billable and clinical products on a weekly basis, ensuring all records are current and accurate
Support Activities like
• Assist with stock audits and inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate records.
• Support the Pharmacy team in the preparation and handling of clinical products.
• Participate in improving pharmacy processes and inventory controls to ensure smooth operations.
