> Job Title: Phlebotomist – HC & Sitting

Location: Kalewadi Phata, PCMC, Pune

Timings: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

Salary: ₹14,000 (In-hand) + PF/ESIC + ₹50 per visit

> Job Responsibilities:

1. Center Collection Duties:

Perform blood sample collection at the diagnostic center as per standard procedures.

Ensure proper patient identification and labeling of samples.

Maintain hygiene and follow infection control protocols.

Handle, store, and transport samples safely to the designated laboratory.

Manage patient records and update daily collection logs.

Assist in maintaining inventory of required medical supplies.

Ensure smooth coordination with lab technicians for timely processing.

2. Home Collection Duties:

Travel to patients' homes for blood sample collection as per assigned visits.

Verify patient details before sample collection.

Maintain professionalism and patient care etiquette during visits.

Ensure timely delivery of collected samples to the center/lab.

Maintain records of visits and collections.

Collect ₹50 per visit as an additional incentive.

Requirements:

Certified phlebotomist with experience in sample collection.

Knowledge of proper venipuncture techniques and infection control.

Good communication skills and patient handling ability.

Willingness to travel for home collection.
