Job Timings:

🕒 Home Collection (Split Duty):

TIME: 07:00 AM – 12:00 PM TO 04:00 PM – 08:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:

✅ Home Collection: ₹14,000 (In-hand) + PF/ESIC + ₹2,000 Extra + ₹50 per visit

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques.

Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and storage of collected samples.

Follow hygiene and safety protocols as per diagnostic standards.

Provide excellent patient care and handle queries professionally.

Transport samples securely to the assigned lab.

Maintain accurate records of daily collections and patient visits.

Requirements:

Phlebotomy Certification or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.

1+ years of experience in blood sample collection (freshers with training can apply).

Good communication and patient-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for home collection roles.
