QC Chemist

• Performing Analytical Tests: Conduct tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, and titrations to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Documenting Results: Maintain accurate records of all analytical data and ensure that the information is properly reported in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

• Maintaining Laboratory Equipment: Ensure all instruments and laboratory equipment are regularly calibrated, maintained, and in good working order to guarantee accurate results.

• Troubleshooting and Investigating Quality Issues: Collaborate with production teams to investigate and resolve any quality-related issues. Provide solutions to prevent future non-conformities.

• Complying with Safety Standards: Follow all health and safety guidelines in the lab, ensuring that hazardous materials are handled and disposed of properly.

• Reviewing and Approving Raw Materials: Work with suppliers to evaluate the quality of raw materials and ensure they meet the company’s specifications before use in production.

• Preparing Reports and Documentation: Compile detailed reports on test results and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
