Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Manager - OSD Tablet and Capsule Manufacturing

••Job Description:••

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our team in the OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of tablet and capsule production. This role involves conducting rigorous testing, managing the quality control team, and implementing quality assurance protocols to guarantee that all products meet regulatory standards and internal specifications.

••Key Responsibilities:••

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product consistency.

- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

- Analyze quality data and prepare reports to track quality metrics and trends.

- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.

- Train and mentor QC staff on best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Manage laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance.

- Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and clients.

••Job Requirements:••

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

- 7 to 10 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in OSD manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulatory standards, and testing methodologies.

- Experience with analytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Certification in quality management or a related field is a plus.
