Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional technical support to join our team for Child Support Foundation in Bangalore at our Hennur location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Technical Customer support. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have fresher years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi, Marathi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
