Job Title: Factory Helper (Male/Female)
Location: All over PCMC MIDC Area, Bhosari MIDC, Talawade MIDC, Chinchwad etc.
Department: Production / Packing / General Operations

Responsibilities:

• Assist in production and packing activities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work area

• Load and unload materials or products

• Support machine operators or skilled workers

• Follow supervisor’s instructions

Requirements:

• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts

• Basic reading/writing skills preferred

• Punctual and hardworking

Experience: Not required (Training will be provided)
