Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload products, materials, and goods from trucks, containers, or storage areas.

• Manual Handling: Safely lift, carry, and move items to designated areas within the warehouse or other workspaces.

• Inventory Assistance: Assist with checking items for damage or discrepancies during the loading/unloading process and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Material Sorting: Sort and organize items according to type, size, and other specifications for easy access and storage.

• Packaging: Assist with packaging and securing goods before and after loading to prevent damage during transit.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the loading/unloading area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Assist in Warehouse Duties: Provide general labor support to the warehouse team, including moving stock, assisting in inventory management, and performing other related tasks.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient loading and unloading operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20 pounds or more) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately check products for defects and ensure items are properly handled.

• Team Player: Must be able to work well in a team environment, taking direction and providing support where necessary.

• Safety Awareness: Understanding of basic safety procedures, including the proper use of equipment and protective gear.

• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
