We are looking for dedicated and skilled Blue-Collar Workers (ITI Fitters) to join our operations team at our facility in Peenya. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembly, and general shop floor tasks under the guidance of the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out fitting and assembly tasks as per specifications.

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Assist in routine Assembly and shop floor activities.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.

Skills & Requirements:

ITI Fitter or 12th pass with relevant mechanical skills.

Basic understanding of production file with good communicaion is an advantage.

Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment.

Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
