🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including floors, desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.

• Regular dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing of workstations and furniture.

• Clean and restock restrooms, pantry, and kitchen areas.

• Ensure that trash bins are emptied and waste is disposed of properly.

• Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, water leakage) to the administrative staff.

📦 Office Assistance

• Assist with opening and closing of the office.

• Arrange and organize office furniture or meeting room setups as needed.

• Serve tea, coffee, or water to employees and guests.

• Handle document delivery within and outside the office (if required).

• Support staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.

📞 Administrative Support

• Assist in managing incoming deliveries or courier services.

• Help in preparing meeting rooms (cleaning, arranging chairs, supplying stationery).

• Refill office supplies like paper, pens, tissues, etc.

• Run errands for office purchases or tasks as instructed.

• Be on standby to support all departments with urgent tasks.
