Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Packaging Executive with 2 years of experience in the
packaging industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the
packaging process for products, ensuring that they are packaged efficiently, safely, and in compliance
with quality and safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and
the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth and effective packaging operation.
Key Responsibilities:
 Packaging Process Management:
o Ensure that products are packaged according to established specifications, quality
standards, and safety requirements.
o Monitor the packaging process to ensure timely and efficient operations while meeting
production deadlines.
o Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure packaging materials are
available and used efficiently.
o Oversee the setup of packaging lines and ensure the equipment is functioning properly.

 Quality Control & Inspection:
o Perform routine checks on finished products to verify that they meet packaging
specifications (e.g., labeling, sealing, boxing, etc.).
o Inspect packaging materials for quality, ensuring that the packaging is strong, durable,
and suitable for product protection.
o Report any defects or issues in packaging to the supervisor and assist in troubleshooting
and resolving problems.
 Inventory Management:
o Monitor packaging material inventory levels and ensure that materials are replenished
as needed to avoid production delays.
o Maintain records of packaging materials used, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
for inventory management.
o Coordinate with the procurement team to order new packaging materials as needed,
ensuring stock levels are maintained.

 Safety & Compliance:
o Ensure all packaging activities adhere to company safety guidelines and regulations.
o Monitor the work environment for safety hazards related to packaging operations and
take corrective actions as necessary.
o Ensure that all packaging processes comply with industry standards and any relevant
regulations (e.g., health and safety, environmental standards).

 Collaboration & Coordination:
o Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless
flow of packaged products through the production and delivery pipeline.
o Collaborate with the design team to implement new packaging designs or updates to
existing packaging formats.
o Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure the proper storage and handling of
packaged products.
 Process Improvement:
o Suggest improvements in packaging methods to increase efficiency, reduce material
waste, and improve product presentation.
o Participate in regular meetings to review packaging processes and propose areas for
enhancement.
o Assist in implementing new packaging technologies or methodologies to streamline
operations.
 Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, materials used, and finished goods.
o Prepare regular reports on packaging progress, material usage, and any incidents or
issues encountered during the packaging process.
o Track packaging performance metrics and contribute to process improvement
initiatives.
 Training & Development:
o Provide guidance and support to junior packaging staff to ensure proper packaging
techniques and adherence to quality standards.
o Assist in training new team members on packaging processes, safety protocols, and
equipment handling.

Key Qualifications:
 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging, production, or a related field,
preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods.
 Skills & Knowledge:
o Knowledge of packaging materials, packaging techniques, and equipment.
o Familiarity with packaging.
o Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot potential packaging defects or issues.
o Understanding of inventory control and stock management.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and knowledge of any relevant
packaging software or ERP systems.

 Soft Skills:
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
o Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
o Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
