MiraaJ Associates, A Law Firm, is seeking a highly motivated, travel loving and dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, be bold in nature, and possess excellent coordination and liaison skills to build relationships and manage tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
o Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
o Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, and postal mail).
o Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
o Draft, proofread, and send letters, memos, and reports.
2. Communication Liaison:
o Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
o Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
o Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and team members.
3. Time and Task Management:
o Prioritize daily tasks, ensuring that deadlines and appointments are met.
o Remind the executive about important meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups________________________________________
Qualifications for Company Secretary
Education:
• Minimum: Graduate or Master Degree in Legal / Marketing / Law / CS / Business Administration
Skills:
1. Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, appointments, and deadlines effectively.
2. Communication: Good communication skills.
3. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS office software
4. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges and unexpected situations in a calm, efficient manner.
6. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing documents, communications, and schedules.
7. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a variety of people (clients, co-workers, stakeholders).
8. Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of administrative or secretarial experience.
