Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, contracts, notices, etc.
Negotiate with clients on legal terms and matters.
Assist in legal proceedings, including court matters and related legal documentation.
Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct a research on legal issues and support internal departments with legal expertise.

Key Requirements:
Qualification: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) with a valid legal license to practice.
Experience: 1–3 years in the legal domain, preferably with corporate or litigation exposure.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contracts, and agreements.
Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
