Job Description

Drafting, vetting and reviewing legal documents
Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization

o Handling Execution Cases and cases u/s 138 NI Act along with Arbitration.
o Negotiating settlements.
o Drafting legal applications and replies
o Prepare case files for hearings, including gathering documentation, evidence, and witness statements.
o Represent the company in court hearings, arbitration, and other proceedings related to debt recovery.
o Collaborate with the collections team to evaluate the financial position of defaulters and identify the appropriate legal strategy for recovery.
o Maintaining MIS.
