Job Details:
● Position: Account Cum Administrative Assistant
● Location: Gotri Sevasi Road, Vadodara
● Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
● Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview)
Required Qualifications:
● Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime with hands-on experience
● Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and email proficiency
● Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
● B.Com / M.Com preferred but not mandatory
Accounting Responsibilities:
● Maintain accounts in Tally, handle bank reconciliation and debtor reconciliation
● Generate outstanding payment reports and prepare invoices, challans, and e-way
bills
● Coordinate with banks for bank guarantees and manage cash handling
● Assist with TDS return filing, GST return generation, and timely payments
● Coordinate with auditors for audits and resolve queries
● Process online payments for administrative expenses
Administrative Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with banks for bank guarantees, transactions, and financial matters
● Maintain and update company records, agreements, and documentation
● Ensure compliance with taxation, labor laws, and company policies
● Handle office administration, including procurement of office supplies
● Assist in HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing and employee records
maintenance
● Support management with reports, presentations, and correspondence
● Manage email communication, calls, and coordination with vendors/customers
● Schedule and organize meetings, travel arrangements, and office events
