Job Description

Sorting and packaging of products
Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage production staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance

Plan and schedule daily/weekly production activities based on orders and targets

Ensure optimum utilization of resources (manpower, materials, and machines)

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed

Maintain product quality standards and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations

Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime

Implement and monitor safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and analyze performance metrics

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth production flow

Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization

Train and develop production staff to enhance performance and morale
