Job Title: Assistant Ink Chemist

Qualification:
Science Graduate in Chemistry or related field.

Prior experience with Ratio and Flexo Printing Machines.

Proficiency in ink matching and formulation techniques.

Experience in handling ink preparation, quality testing, and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and formulate inks for Ratio and Flexo Printing Machines as per job specifications.

Perform ink matching to achieve the desired shade and quality.

Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished inks.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure ink consistency and performance.

Maintain records of formulations, test results, and adjustments.

Troubleshoot and resolve ink-related issues during production.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and handle chemicals responsibly.
