Hiring for HMC/VMC Machine Operator

• Operate VMC machines (milling, HMC, etc.) to manufacture parts based on specifications.
• Monitor machines during the production process to ensure quality and precision.
• Adjust machine settings, tools, and feeds as required to achieve proper specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure the equipment is running efficiently.
• Report any machine malfunctions or defects to the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.

Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of machining tools, feeds, and speeds.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge for 2D drawing, and drawing reading.
• Knowledge for 2D Programming, and job work setting
