Job Description

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning centers) based on job orders.
Load raw materials and ensure correct machine settings.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to control speed, feed, and tool paths.
Perform routine maintenance checks and keep equipment clean and well-maintained.
Identify and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Complete production logs and documentation as required.
