Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

CNC turning , vmc milling

fanuc, HAAS

Operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines as per production requirements.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering instructions.

Set up tools and fixtures, adjust machine settings, and ensure proper calibration.

Conduct regular quality checks using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean working environment.

Maintain production records and report any defects or malfunctions.

Basic knowledge of CNC, VMC, or HMC machine operation.

Understanding of machining processes and tooling.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality control procedures.

Experience with programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.) is a plus.
