Assisting Production Workers:

Supplying or holding materials, tools, or equipment.
Cleaning work areas and equipment.
Loading and unloading materials, products, or equipment.
Moving materials or products between storage and work areas.

Production Support:

Operating machinery or equipment under supervision.
Assisting with quality control checks and inspections.
Recording data and other details about production.
Performing basic maintenance tasks on equipment.

Other Duties:

Packing and storing materials and products.
Counting finished products.
Measuring or weighing materials or products.
Following safety procedures and wearing appropriate protective gear.

Skills and Qualifications:

Basic Skills:
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and counting.
Good communication skills for interacting with coworkers and supervisors.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and move materials and products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Other:
Some positions may require a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with specific machinery or equipment may be helpful.
Mechanical knowledge can be beneficial.
