Job Description
- Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
- Sorting and packaging of products
Sheet Metal Fitter - 2 Positions
Responsible for assembling, aligning, and preparing sheet metal components as per technical drawings and fabrication requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for precise assembly.
Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools.
Align and position components accurately before welding.
Ensure structural integrity and proper fitment of assembled parts.
Conduct quality checks and rectify any misalignments or errors.
Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
2. Sheet Metal Welder - 2 Positions
Responsible for performing welding operations on sheet metal components to ensure durability and precision in fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding as per design requirements.
Weld and join sheet metal components ensuring strong, seamless joints.
Work closely with fitters to complete the fabrication process.
Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Follow safety protocols and maintain welding equipment.
Salary & Work Conditions
Salary: ₹18,000/- INR to ₹22,000/- INR for Welders & ₹20,000/- INR to ₹24,000/- INR for Fitters (negotiable based on experience).
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Sunday: Weekly off (If worked, OT will be paid).
Overtime Policy: Work beyond 6:00 PM will be considered OT and paid accordingly.
Accommodation: Provided with full kitchen facilities for staff to cook and stay comfortably.
Food: Grocery costs are included in the salary, and employees can cook at the accommodation.
Employment Type: All positions are permanent.
Insurance: Can be arranged commercially for employees.
