Role & responsibilities:

1.Responsible for Handling Import Documentation
2.Responsible for making BO-PO.
3.Preparation of Bonds/stamp paper & KYC required by CHA/Shipping line etc or any Domestic KYC.
4.Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
5.Import Export documentation knowledge.
6.Co-ordination with shipping lines and custom authorities.
7.Knowledge about Import Export License and benefits.
8.Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
9.Prepares documents of Remittance-related to banking for Imports.
10.Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
11.Reports and MIS of Import preparation.
12.Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
13.Performs other duties as assigned.
