Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Documentation: Managing documentation for imports and exports, including ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
Freight forwarders: Coordinating with freight forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance
Checklists: Preparing and reviewing checklists for exports, imports, and Customs House Agent (CHA) services
Customer service: Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries
Trade laws: Researching trade laws, customs requirements, and export restrictions
Freight transport: Arranging freight transport, negotiating freight rates and taxes, and reviewing Bills of Lading
Packing and storage: Arranging the packing and storage of goods before transportation
Shipping arrangements: Confirming shipping arrangements and details with carriers and clients
Import and export duties: Working out import and export duties
Quotes and invoices: Preparing quotes, invoices, and all necessary licenses and paperwork
Transport and insurance costs: Working out the details of transport and insurance costs
Shipping documents: Preparing and reviewing shipping documents
Trade regulations: Staying updated on trade regulations
International suppliers: Negotiating terms with international suppliers
