Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

• To understand the safety & health policy of the company and to follow the same without any deviation.
• To handle shift independently (work allocation/ manpower allocation – Preventive, break down maintenance activities).
• Co-ordination with the production team and performing preventive maintenance activities.
• Spares Management – Maintaining optimum spares, arrangement for the purchase of spares with purchase team and getting approval for Purchase & Expenditure from HOD.
• CMMS work (PM calendar, checklist, ISO, EMS, Etc.,)
• Preparation of Service order & delivery challan generation / PO in ERP portal
• Breakdown time closing in EAM portal & Root cause analysis
• Selection of vendors for Maintenance activities, getting comparative quotes, finalizing the vendor, registration of vendor
• Service person arrangement (AMC, PLC programming)
• To do month-end activities – Submission of bills to finance team/closure of service orders/ PR/ DC pending if any.
