Job Description
- Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Operate and monitor spiral pipe forming machines according to production schedules.
Set up machine parameters and tooling as per specifications and work orders.
Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues with the machinery.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Document production data including quantities produced, downtimes, and machine performance.
Follow all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
