Job Description

Key Responsibilities – Manufacturing Site Supervisor

1) New Joinee Onboarding

Facilitate onboarding of new employees, including factory tour, safety training, and work allocation.

Coordinate with HR for document collection and ID issuance.

Act as the first point of contact for new joiners during initial training.

2) Attendance & Leave Management

Maintain daily attendance records of all on-site staff.

Reconcile biometric/physical attendance with monthly reports for payroll processing.

Address discrepancies and coordinate with HR for corrections.

3) Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on production, material usage, and workforce.

Maintain up-to-date logs in Excel and generate reports as required by management.

4) Mandatory Requirements
Own Bike (for commuting and site errands).

Personal Laptop (for reporting, documentation, and Excel-based tasks).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas, data entry, and report generation).
